This Wakefield anodized black aluminum alloy heatsink fits many GPUs and northbridge chipsets. A peel-off thermal adhesive tape has been pre-applied for easy installation.

Installation Instructions
Peel off the protective layer on the bottom and press the heatsink on to a clean surface.

Thermal grease needs to be applied in thin layers to increase heat transmission - the idea is to fill only the air gaps with the paste and nothing more.
