This black, anodized aluminum alloy heatsink measures 23mm x 23mm x 10mm (15/16" x 15/16" x 3/8"). Peel-off thermal adhesive tape has been pre-applied for easy installtion.

Installation Instructions
Peel off the protective layer on the bottom and press the heatsink on to a clean surface.
